We are looking for more tattoo artists for the studio to join our team. Our studio is open Monday - Saturday, with the option for you to open more days and different hours from the main shop if you wish.

All Policies and Procedures are written for you to operate under.
This is all included in your 'rental agreement' with us for no extra cost.
What you get:
A designated workstation / chair (tattoo) or piercing station/room (piercing) plus shared studio facilities.
General consumables provided (specialist items excluded unless agreed).
A studio that runs to high hygiene + compliance standards.
You will recieve your own 'option' when people call our landline number, to be transferred through to your mobile. For example, "press option 4" to contact 'x'.
You also get your own "@" email address. For example your name@kindredink.co.uk.
Your own page on our website, talking about you and who you, and showcasing your work.
Induction
You will recieve a full induction prior to joining, this will take 3-4 hours of meetings and online learning material, which explores the ways in which we work. This covers;

Safety and Hygiene
The safety of our staff, clients and processes / procedures is our number one priority. After 4 weeks chair rental, you will recieve a free fully funded Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification, tailored to injuries and illnesses focused around tattooing and what to do. This includes shock, fainting, infections, cardiac arrests and more. We also give you access to free NHS training on modules such as confict resolution, fire safety and more.
Money, money, money.
We are upfront with our fees. We have a no waffle, service level agreement that we operate, this is transparent and protects the both of us.
All staff have an induction rent free period (security deposit still applies).
We present two options to you, a fixed chair rent option and a % option. You chose the option, and the best part is, every 3 months, you can change to the other option to suit you.
Deposit
A refundable deposit will be required on joining, and keys must never be copied or shared.
We have interior and exterior CCTV, that does not face any locations where tattooing takes place, or where intimate procedures take place. This helps to protect the business and you.
We are registered with the ICO for the processing of this data and it is handled by an external (offsite) company.
