Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1) Tattoos and services – no refunds
All tattoo services are custom and personal to you. Once a tattoo appointment has started (and especially once tattooing has begun), refunds are not possible.
This includes (but isn’t limited to):
-
change of mind after booking
-
deciding you don’t like the design after approval
-
discomfort with pain level during the session
-
deciding you want something different once we’ve started
We take time to consult with you, confirm placement, size, and design details, and ask for final approval before tattooing begins. Please make sure you’re 100% happy before we start.
2) Deposits / booking fees – non-refundable
To secure your booking, we take a deposit/booking fee. All deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances, including:

change of mind
-
cancellation for personal reasons
-
no-shows
-
arriving late and being unable to complete the appointment
-
failing to follow aftercare guidance
Deposits cover drawing time, admin time, and reserving your appointment slot.
3) Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to move your appointment, we’re usually happy to help, provided you give enough notice.

Rescheduling with notice: If you give at least 72 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once
-
Late cancellations: Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will normally mean your deposit is forfeited.

No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the appointment. In this situation, the deposit is typically forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook (depending on circumstances).
4) Design approval and changes
We will work with you during consultation to agree the design direction. Minor adjustments can usually be made, but:

Once you have approved the final design (including placement and size), changes requested on the day may not be possible.

If you request a major redesign after approval, this may require a new appointment and may require a new deposit.
5) Touch-ups and healing
Tattoo healing varies from person to person. We’ll provide aftercare instructions and expect these to be followed.

We may offer a touch-up within [4–8] weeks at our discretion for minor issues (where appropriate and depending on the style/placement).

Touch-ups are not guaranteed and may be chargeable in cases such as:
-
failure to follow aftercare instructions
-
picking/scratching, sunbeds/sun exposure during healing, swimming too early
-
work-related wear (manual labour) affecting healing
-
tattooing over scar tissue or difficult-to-hold areas (hands, fingers, feet, etc.)
-
pre-existing skin conditions that impact healing
-
6) Medical issues and safety refusals
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a tattoo appointment where it’s not safe or appropriate (for example: intoxication, aggressive behaviour, signs of infection, unsuitable skin condition, or inability to provide valid ID where required).
In these circumstances, refunds are not offered and the deposit may be forfeited.
7) Products, jewellery, and merchandise (if sold)
If we sell aftercare products, jewellery, or merchandise:

Opened/used items cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons (unless faulty).

Unopened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within [14] days at our discretion, with proof of purchase.

Faulty items will be handled in line with your statutory rights.
8) Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates (if any) will be stated at purchase.
9) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe there has been a genuine issue with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it fairly and try to resolve it.
